Easy to use app. Could be better optimized as it is a bit sluggish.

The ap is difficult to navigate and glitches causes the need to resubmit address and payment details. The customer service is pretty appaling too. Very rude, unhelpful and quoted delivery time is a joke. Shame really, the food is good, just can't bring myself to be a customer of a firm with such poor regard for its customers.
