I want to convert my mp4 files into mpeg format...but there is no option in this app...Pls give this feature by next update

(1) I converted 2 short videos into MP4, then joined them together, but INSTAGRAM cannot accept my posting. (2) So, I convert this joined video once more, now the video is acceptable by INSTAGRAM. But, when playing inside INSTAGRAM, the 2 sides of Left & Right have Continuous Sparkling affects.. (3) On the next day, I tried another new video on this App, this time after the conversion, the video cannot play anymore..

Doesn't even deal with converting any type of video. has a video folder but only for converted videos. But no button or area to convert anything don't waste your time
