Local VIAERO office suggested this app because my Motorola Droid RAZR is always getting booted off the network for some reason. I fill out the ticket but I goes nowhere without a network connection. Rebooting my phone is the only way to reconnect to VIAERO's network. At that point, there is no error to report thru this app, so it doesn't allow me to send a report. Other than that MAJOR issue, this app works ok and acknowledges your sent report. Fix my major issue and this app might actually get 5-stars.

No way to uninstall and I don't need this useless app taking up any space on my phone.
