Various Candied

Candied is one form of processed food that much preferred by the community. Candied fruit is a fruit that is preserved with sugar. The purpose of sugar delivery with high levels of candied fruit, in addition to giving a sweet taste, also to prevent the growth of microbes.

There are 2 kinds of processed sweets, namely wet sweets and candied dried. Wet candied is obtained after the cutting of the fruit from the sugar solution, whereas the candied sweets are obtained when the first candied sweets (wet candied) are followed by the drying process.
