Buy a different scale. This is trash.

The scale is accurate. The app is frustrating. I have lost my data and had to restart - not a big deal. The only graphs I get are my weight and BMI. The other numbers which I was most interested in do not have graphs (that I can find) and the numbers run off the screen so I do not even get to see the actual reading at the time I weigh. Bottom line scale is good but they need to hire someone quick for the technology side.

The app works, barely. The real issue is that it doesn't let your phone go to sleep which kills the battery. Going to return the scale to Amazon.

The app is very disappointing. Please spend the money to hire someone to upgrade the app correctly. I sent several emails to get no response. Customers paid their money for your product that is not working properly.

I loved it until I got a new phone. Now the app won't sync with the scale at all. All of my previous data is lost because there is no way to save it or transfer it from one device to another. Also, my scale is now displaying kilograms and can't be changed back to pounds without a working app.

Had this scale since December. Just got a new Samsung 7 and now I can't use my scale as it doesn't work with the newest Android. Noticed there are never updates to this app so I am sure I will need to find a new scale. Disappointing.

The app quit syncing with the scale after about a month. I uninstalled, unpaired, reinstalled, paired again, even unpaired any "interfering" devices and it still doesn't work. Very disappointed. My review on Amazon will reflect this issue too.

Features did not work well on an Android phone, and then just randomly quit working. Tried re-pairing, every combination you can think of of starting app, stopping app, getting on scale, getting off scale, getting on scale. It's very frustrating to have something that fails after working for weeks and then it just quits. I'm going to lose all of my data because I'm going to take the app off and try to reinstall it but I have a feeling that I'll get the same result over again.

I do not understand why the issue of this app not working is not addressed. I've left reviews on Amazon so hopefully others will not waste their money on an expensive digital display scale, because that is all it has become.

You need to hire a new crew to work on that app! Poorly written code and lacking or non-working features.

Stopped pairing on week 2, tried everything in manual and online but won't connect anymore... Frustrating.

My phone was working great with the scale but last week the new Samsung marshmallow came out and now it won't snyc via Bluetooth. My version is 6.0.1 my wife's phone will still work and it's 5.1.2 so I know it's not the scale. Can u help

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. Just installed this app. When I attempt to open it, it keeps flashing and does not work at all.

App does not connect to scale, tried uninstalling, restarting bluetooth, restwrting phone, etc. only advice in manual is to disconnect scale on Bluetooth to reconnect but if it never connected you can't do that!

Won't pair with my phone, application is dumb and it shouldn't take an hour to pair. Will also be giving you a crap rating on amazon

Graphing is real bad. Grammar is poor. I can only laugh.

Usually love this app, it won't load my graphs this morning though. Please fix and I'll update to 5 stars.
