UBL Netbanking Mobile

Using this app you won't believe that UBL is the 2nd biggest bank in Pakistan and was Bank of the Year for 2015. This app is not streamlined at all and is plagued with loading and stability issues. Much smaller banks like Meezan and Alfalah have way better apps. UBL needs to do a serious app revamp, while updating it more often.

Worst bank app i have ever used. Just to open one link u have to wait 1 to 2 minutes imagine if u r doing some big transactions than this app is totally unreliable.. U may loose money or conventional many trips to bank branch. Developers should think of something new like international bank apps

I have tried more than 10 times from my cell phone and laptop and tried different browsers but all time verification account page is not submitted. Going to change bank..bullshit.

For the love of God, get this app redesigned or better yet, re-engineered by a professional. This thing is painfully slow and the design is sloppy and inconvenient. Is it this hard to spend a few bucks on such a huge bank's mobile app?

Cant login for a single time after password policy is changed..... register complaints since 2 week via helpline and email.. no solution yet

For such a big bank, Your app is terrible. Even EasyPaisa and JazzCash app is better. Or check Meezan Bank app. Change your developer , Invest something in it

Really pathetic service. Trying to generate my transaction pin for more than 2 hours. Still no luck after multiple attempts.

I'm account holder of this bank and sending too much money from abroad through UBL. I feel that this bank doesn't care of their customers, I called many times from Qatar to active my ATM card as they have services to do so but they just don't bother it. Now I want to close my and my family accounts, this much I can do and for others, this is my advise to open accounts in other bank other wise they will do the same with you also when the will time come.

It's unfunctional and interface is unfriendly. Really disappointed. Just frustrated and wasted time. UBL has to study Apps of banks operating in the UAE to learn how to code an efficient and user friendly app for a bank.

being a bank i think UBL policies are one of the best in local banking sector but somehow the providers, i mean the staff and applications are not competent. i must say being a ubl customer i am not surprised that this application is not warking.

This app is very slow in loading. there is a bad thing after putting netbanking system on full password . i cannot access my account through netbanking with same password.really very bad

it was the best app for mobile user. but today 07 December 2016 4:00pm ubl server is so damn slow that i cannot access my online account properly. and there is no topup option for ufone numbers. please fix that.

Oh My GOD UBL Please Upgrade This App. Thousands of Customers Are Requesting From More Than One Year And You Are Not Taking It Seriois. You Are Earning In Billions And Being Best You Must Have A Best Mobile App In This Era Of Smart Phones. Other Banks Even Smaller Banks Have Way Much Better Apps And People Think That Those Banks Are Better Due To Their ADC Services. Please Please Please Upgrade This App.

Thia app never runs up, at start, it says loading, and finally says not established connection...

App takes too much time in start. First impression really bad. Needs an improvement fast

Get's slow at times, doesn't loads and takes so much time in loading. Interface needs some improvement. Ufone easyload is missing. It can be better.

- Please add Account Transfer to other banks in UAE. - - Statement option only shows running / Ledger balance that is useless without having any transaction detail

Slow and irritating just like its branch service, lot beyond the quality. Poor and slow working app make it as if a snail is crawling.

Dosry baat yeh k yeh kehty hain k parfoma branch mn aa kar fill karain value added service wala r email update karain.sign bhi baray karwain ge par fazol hai yeh sary mehnat. Bad experience for login Mobile application is not working properly IBM IT team has to review the application and get more faster

Very heavy and too slow there is nothing in this app that could make it heavy but I don't know why it is too slow FIX IT please

I am unable to login my account and its take much loading while using app, this is not satisfiable but need lots of improvement.

Something is better then nothing, indeed it needs improvement but still its good app to use while away from regular pc/laptop.

Need to fix the problem its creating problem during sign in ...says provided username or password is incorrect while I'm providing the correct username and password...

I am having a bad experience with UBL net banking. Firstly my account was not loging in in any explorer and I had to use this app. It was lacking daily/ monthly limit change option but app was working. Now I got this upgrade option and accepted. Now app is giving connection error. Kindly take assistance from Standard Chartered bank. They have best netbanking facilities

This a fairly functional app but needs a lot of improvement in stability. Sometimes it would crash for no apparent reason and other times you are stuck with an annoying loading screen. UBL needs to hire better developers.

I wondered how this app can get less than 4 score. Excellent for transfer on your cell rather ATM or etc.

Its nice app but u need to fix some bugs. Its creating problem during sign in. Some time during sign in app says please try again later but i receive notification email of sign in. Plz fix this bug
