Der SV Germania 08 hat heute mit Leichtathletik, Volleyball und Gymnastik drei weitere selbstständige Abteilungen. Derzeit zählt der Verein über 350 Mitglieder. Der Verein ist Mitglied im Landessportbund Sachsen-Anhalt.
