Der Fokus liegt dabei ganz klar auf leckerem Essen, dass jeder selbst herstellen kann, der den Mut und Bock hat, etwas geiles zu kreieren. Selbstverständlich entstehen dabei auch einige Dinge in der Küche, außerhalb der Glut. Auch diese Sachen werde ich euch näher bringen.

Mein Ziel ist es, bestimmte Dinge die sich mit dem Thema BBQ befassen, an alle Zielgruppen gerichtet zugänglich zu machen. Professionelles Grillen ist kostspielig und nicht jeder kennt die Fachbegriffe auf diesem Gebiet. Ich zeige euch, dass gutes Grillen nicht teuer sein muss und auch mit einem kleinen Geldbeutel geschickt umzusetzen ist. Man braucht nicht immer die teuersten Geräte und das teuerste Fleisch oder die teuersten Gewürze.
