Unsere Initiative Arbeit durch Management/PATENMODELL baut auf das bürgerschaftliche Engagement in Deutschland an den Schnittstellen zum Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt. Wir organisieren die Beratung und Begleitung von ratsuchenden Menschen aller Nationalitäten durch ehrenamtliche PATEN.

Unsere PATENSCHAFTEN machen sich stark gegen Ausgrenzung und für Integration. Sie unterstützen besonders benachteiligte Menschen: junge und ältere Arbeitsuchende, mit und ohne Handicap, Migranten, sowie Jugendliche in der Berufsorientierung und auf der Suche nach Ausbildung.

Unsere Initiative leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum inneren Zusammenhalt der Gesellschaft und ist ein attraktiver diakonischer Ehrenamtsgeber. Unser Ziel ist es, dass die Ratsuchenden das Angebot unserer Initiative kennen und die ehrenamtlichen PATENSCHAFTEN als einen professionellen und solidarischen Beitrag schätzen.

Unsere Initiative fühlt sich dem diakonischen Leitbild verpflichtet: Diakonie, damit Leben gelingt. Wir achten die Würde jedes Menschen. Our initiative work through Management / PATE MODEL builds on civic engagement in Germany at the interfaces with education and labor market. We organize the advice and support of people of all nationalities seeking advice through volunteer SPONSORS.

Our SPONSORSHIPS are advocating against exclusion and integration. They support the most disadvantaged people: young and older job seekers, with and without disabilities, migrants, and young people in vocational orientation and looking for training.

Our initiative makes an important contribution to the internal cohesion of society and is an attractive diaconal volunteering donors. Our goal is that the person seeking advice to know the services of our initiative and appreciate the volunteer SPONSORSHIPS as a professional and supportive contribution.
