Das sind die Giants
 
„Dortmund Giants“ ist der Begriff für American Football und Cheerleading in Dortmund - und das seit 1980. Die erste Mannschaft spielt in der Regionalliga mit dem klaren Ziel 2. Bundesliga. Die U 19 Mannschaft spielt nun im zweiten Jahr in der 1. Bundesliga. Die Jugendarbeit im sportlichen Bereich wird bis hin zur U12 gefördert und von einem breiten ehrenamtlichen Trainerstab unterstützt.
 
Dafür stehen die Giants
 
Als einziger Footballverein in Dortmund stehen die „Dortmund Giants“ seit je her für dynamischen und extrem teamorientierten Sport. Ebenso ist das Thema „Integration und Chancengleichheit“ für alle Mitglieder  nicht nur eine Attitüde, sondern wird in den täglichen Umgang auch außerhalb des Sports gelebt.

These are the Giants

"Dortmund Giants" is the term used for American football and cheerleading in Dortmund - and the first since 1980. The team plays in the Regionalliga with the clear objective 2. Bundesliga. The U 19 team is playing in the second year in the 1. Bundesliga. The youth work in sport is promoted through to U12 and supported by a broad volunteer coaching staff.

As the only football club in Dortmund are the "Dortmund Giants" has always been dynamic and extremely team-oriented sport. Likewise, the theme "Integration and Equal Opportunities" for all members not just an attitude, but is lived in daily contact also outside the sport.
