Ap doesn't link to watch even when it's sitting right next to each other. Watch is great but how the hell are we meant to track our work outs when most the time app doesn't work. Been trying for an hour to get it to sync but nothing. Uninstalle app really did it and still not working. SORT OUT ASAP sort app asap. Over its crap

Worked fine for a week. Now I keep getting a "device not found" error. The watch is literally on top of my phone, which is on a table (nothing is moving, bluetooth is on, both phone and watch are charged)... Very disappointed. No way to extract data to computer or sync with other apps.

Out of box, I am unable to connect to my Samsung phone. Says Disconnected on the screen :( Is there a fix for this? I plan to contact support in the morning. Will change rating appropriately based on results.

It pairs easily and most functions work seamlessly. The app tracks data fine and seems to not completely drain the battery. It would be 5stars is the settings menu allowed more control of the functions.

Band works fine but overpriced. App crashes a LOT and doesn't always pair up. The vibrate alarm rarely goes off properly and when its supposed to. And whats with the weather? Where does the weather data come from and why does it exist if it never works?

Please update to make more easier for sync. Some times the app and the band are disconnected by it self. We have to linked every time its so annoyed.

My phone pairs with the device but the app cannot recognize my device. This is highly disappointing, please fix asap

Needs to be updated badly, always de-syncing. Rarely updates to correct weather forecast and temperature.

Product sent to Timex service center Mumbai, they said product is ok n they connected​ to the app n sent back to me...But i still can't connect...Useless....That's why available at half price...Hopeless product...

It can't pair with the device useless, if it finally will, i will change rating.

App is not able to detect the watch. Android 7.1.2

Not getting connected to my mobile through this app, Kindly let me know the solution for these otherwise I will take some action against the company or the app provider, This is a height of endurance is anyone here from the provider who can help me out, otherwise Iam feeling very annoyed and if things didn't solved out I will take legal action against the app provider or company Timex, you guys let me know the solution or I will right bad review and also take video and will put it on YouTube.

Fix the weather part and make new up date that can see all the text even if it a long text

Wont sync

The weather part of the app never did work, alot of the time it doesn't pair up. Really needs an overhaul if it's to compete with the other fitness watches out there. Should have spent the $119.97 on something else.

The app asks to access and control too much information on my smartphone... Not neccissary. I don't want my privacy compromised and grant limitless control over my contacts, messages, and files. This was worthy of the trash, except the lithium battery might combust and set the garbage on fire.

I can not connect the watch with my HTC OneM8. It will connect through the phone it self, but will not connect through the app. I can not manage anything. It will only connect to the phone, not through the app. It says on here it is compatible with my HTC One M8. Please fix this at once or I will be returning this device.

While not 100% where it should be, the app does give the charts for sleep and daily activity. If it gave weather, and calls properly I would give it a 5 star rating. I like timex, and know they make quality product. But the app does need some love and correcting the weather and call features. But it still syncs well with steps, workouts, and sleep so not a total loss. If the weather and call features get worked out I will update my review to a 5. Til then, "FOUR!"

After being on the phone multiple times with customer service my weather will still not sync. Please update!

Like the band (although would be better if waterproof so you can swim with it), but app routinely fails to sync data. Also: contacts on charging cord are hard to line up. Very awkward system. Keeps slipping as you try to secure the little strap. Update: took one star off. After working decently for several months the app now hasn't been able to "find" my watch for 2 days now. I'm ready to start shopping for a Fitbit!

I love the watch, HATE the app as its a hit or miss on the syncing of the watch. Please fix and I will change my review.

This watch is expensive. The weather temperature is not accurate. Messages and calls don't always work. Sync first work well. The features of this watch are not competitive against ifit, fit bit and other brands. Gosh! I hate it .

Got it to sync again but had to reset it, uninstall, and reinstall app. Also, I did lose my past tracking.

Really needs work weather doesn't work on android, would like miles and celcius options too... Come on Timex!

Timex ironmanx20 mine stopped working after the battery completely died I read the trouble shooting guide what had to be done was it had to be paired with the Bluetooth again now it is working well now

Doesn't connect to my Galexy 6... Hoping to figure it out...

Synced once and then randomly disconnected and u couldn't get it to pair again.

The app constantly disconnects and now I can't get my new phone to synch. I guess all I can do is wait for an update, very disappointing.

Ever since my Phone got updated to Android 6.0, the watch is no more getting discovered by the app even though it is paired with the phone in Bluetooth settings. Can you provide some insight into this?

app is horrible. Constantly disconnects and when trying to reconnect device, it says device not detected.

Would be better if it was a constant syncing app

I got the Timex Ironman Move x20 and I wonder if you have the App for the computer to work with the watch. I do not have a smart phone but I do have Windows 10 PC. I would like to see that happen.
