About Swimming Technique
The introduction of water is very necessary for those who first learn swimming. The goal is to remove the fear of water and recognize the properties of water such as wet, cold, and so forth. Water recognition exercises can be done in the form of a game or another.
If you want to practice style in a swimming technique, there are some basic techniques that we need to master. this is very helpful for us in learning a style of swimming. There are 3 basic techniques that you need to know are Breathing, Gliding and Floating.
One of the successes in swimming we can regulate the breath well. First stand on the edge of the pond with low and keep your face on the water surface. Inhale through the mouth for a while and then enter your head into the water and exhale through your nose. Do this exercise slowly as much as 10 to 15 times each time you finish doing the movement or exercise. Repeat the exercise to find your own rhythm.
