About Swimming Technique

The introduction of water is very necessary for those who first learn swimming. The goal is to remove the fear of water and recognize the properties of water such as wet, cold, and so forth. Water recognition exercises can be done in the form of a game or another.

Inhale through the mouth for a while and then enter your head into the water and exhale through your nose. Do this exercise slowly as much as 10 to 15 times each time you finish doing the movement or exercise. Repeat the exercise to find your own rhythm.
