About Judo Technique

Judo consists of two syllables, namely JU and DO. JU means smooth or soft, while DO is the way or way. So the meaning of the word Judo is "a subtle way or a gentle way", while jujitsu is a "subtle technique".

* Cushion: where the foot of a participant lifted (lifted) from the mat and body slammed with the back that fell to touch the matras first because slammed his opponent.

* Locking arms: the pressure exerted on the elbow or shoulder of a participant by another participant in an attempt to make him give up.
The surrender sign is expressed with a pat on the mat or the opposing body by hand or foot. When the hands or feet are locked so that they can not move, the surrender sign can be done with a shout.
