Kempo is one of many types of martial arts that we can also learn. Martial arts from Japan apart from kendo techniques are known to use hand games for most of their movements. Kempo itself is a martial arts focusing on the game of hand, but before we know the technique kempo, here are a number of flow kempo existing in Western countries and popular in Japan.

In the Shorinji Kempo stream, there is also a technique called juho. This one juho technique focuses on locking, groping and kickback and its application is on the person being caught or clamped by the opponent. The use of this movement technique is more aimed at eliminating the opponent's balance and gaining advantage when attacking.

Juho is a technique of Shorinji Kempo whose target is the weakest part of the attack, such as the weakest point of grip, hurt during attack, or also make the movement to make the attacker lose his balance in starting the run. In kempo, there is never a technique to reconcile energy with energy.

Power with power is never applied, but rather to the movement in the direction of the opponent's attack, not to make a stop, and make more power when starting the technique. Shorinji kempo is a highly effective form of martial arts for all people of all ages, body size, and gender. Strength is not the main thing in this technique because it is more to practice and knowledge alone.
