About TU Talk
Tu Talk is an easy international calling App that lets you make cheap international calls to anywhere in the world regardless of which country you are located in. It gives you the option to place a call via 3 different methods:
- A local access number which will usually be free to dial from the country in which you are located.
- If a local access number is not available in the country in which you are situated you can make the call using your mobile data or Wi-Fi (the recipient of the call does not have to have our App installed).
- If you can't dial a local access number and don't have access to a Wi-FI or a data connection you can use our Call Back feature where you will not be charged for the call. Our automated system then calls you and the person you wish to reach and connect both of you automatically. It's an incoming call for both

I am a new user and has just installed your app. Today I called India mobile using the first free £0.20 credit. I made three calls around 1.48 min, 14.56 min, and 4min. With this 3 call the whole of £0.20 credit was consumed. According to your call rates, calls to India (mobile and land) is 0.5 pence per minute, so £0.20 should have given 40 mins of call roughly. Then tried to contact your support via an email. But the mail bounced back as invalid.

Can't top up; tried credit, debit and PayPal. No luck & waste of time. No customer care number to contact! The support email id bouncing back!! Seems like fake app; think twice before trying this app.

It's the worst calling app I have ever seen. Totally rubbish. No customers services you can talk to. No email. You can't buy credits online. So why did they even introduced it, in first place.

This app worth five Star but the down side of it is that you can't top up, more so all the emails is not working. There's no customer service for this app.
