About Muscle Gains 2-split training
This is a training program, which suits almost everyone - the newbie and the bodybuilder. The program can be used to gain or maintain muscle mass.
2-split means that the body is divided into 2 parts. By training 2-split, you can train your body through twice a week.
How:
Part 1 of the 2-split consists of:
- Chest
- Triceps
- Shoulders
- Abs
Part 2 of the 2-split consists of:
- Back
- Legs
- Biceps
Example training:
Monday - part 1 of the 2-split
Tuesday - part 2 of the 2-split
Thursday - part 1 of the 2-split
Friday - part 2 of the 2-split
The program has predefined exercises - each exercise consists of 3 sets. It is possible to change the predefined exercises, reps and weights as desired. The userinterface is very simplified, so even with a heartbeat at 190 bpm, you will be able to push the "Save" and still have an overview.
You can look back at your training in a listformat or by charts.
