T-Mobile Refill

Crap

I can't even login to it. It deletes the password i just entered and trys to then login and gives me an error message "Forgot pin" crap. Paying my T-Mobile bill is such a pain.

Waste of time T-Mobile get your act together,either fix this or pull it .

Kept rejecting my PIN; after calling customer support and visiting a T-Mobile store, I was told it was a known issue and there wasn't anything that could be done because they were working on it. This is all on a Moto X Pure.

I don't think this is through T-Mobile. I put in my T-Mobile number and pin and it says pin is wrong. I push forgot pin and it says sending a pin in a text and never got it.

This apps did not work when first installed, but seems to be working fine now. Hoping to be able to pay my T-Mobile bill OK next month.

I don't think they want my money. Like others I've been trying to register a pin on this thing for hours. No SMS responses at all. None. Why even publish such a pointless app. Edit: this am I was greeted with 8 texts, 11 hours later. I tried again and it actually worked! So, a couple more stars... Also, for a pay as you go emergency phone a 90 day auto pay option would be a fine addition. Just keep the phone alive without me having to worry about it.

You simply can't use it. You put in your t-mobile pin they assign you and it doesn't accept it and when you request a pin from them, it's more than the allotted 4 characters you can input so it's useless anyway. T-mobile, you're service is great but your apps are absolutely awful. 0 stars if I could.

I opened the app again and put in the code. It told me that was the wrong code. I'm uninstalling this app, it's unusable. Until it's fixed and gives an immediate SMS, it gets one star.

Why send a temp pin of 6 characters when the actual pin is only 4? Waste of time.

I have a s3 and it works great very convenient!!!

Every time I try to enter my card number in to add my credit card, as soon as I enter the number "7", the entire app closes down and I'm brought back to the main screen. All the other numbers work, but as soon as I try to enter a 7, the app crashes. Well I guess I can still use it to look at my remaining balance.

What's the point of a refill app that after entering all your personal and credit card info requires you to call to complete the order? T-mobile wake up already!! One star for the user interface.

Verification code takes hours to be sent and if you close the app the code becomes invalid and you have to start all over... Just like prior apps vicious cycle of failure! At least they are consistent about that!

Don't follow the trend of producing apps if you're not going to test them first.

This is just awful.
