Time Clock Wizard

Doesn't let me clock in and doesn't show my timesheets when I manually put them in. Its a big pain in the ---. Happy that I've kept paper time sheets. Fix my problems please.

While a great app for basic clock in and clock out, I was hoping for some of the managerial functions to be present. I don't always have a pc and the web interface on phones can be problematic. A little more tweaks for super admins for use on mobile devices would be a big help.

They are offering an app and featuring it for you to purchase a service but your employees can't log in via the app if you set a clockpoint. Clock point is an IP address or set of IP address you can set for your staff to only allow to log in when connected to those ip address, but it looks like the app can't do that. It's always unauthorised log in even though your phone is connected to a wifi with the said IP address. Not so furturistic and you'll be forced to go back to traditional desktop access. Stupid execution. Oh! Support is terrible, very terrible. Don't even try to contact them. They'll tell you to contact them first before rating, but they won't do anything about your issue. They'll even give you a hand to cancel your account.

I can't even take notes with the app which is required by my employer. The only reason I have this app is because using any browser yields the same results. I can't login due to a server error. Everyone I work with has no problems though. If I can login it adds and subtracts time at will. Then I decided to use my phone. I was logging in fine for one day and then today it says mobile is not supported for logins. Care to explain how that works? If you guys want more money, charge it and deliver a superior product or just stop. I obviously can't choose the platform we login on but if I could I'd just pay the extra for a better service than this company provides. Money is at c stake here and time and this app is a waste of both.

Unable to clock in due to "network error" is an frequently encountered. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling th app problem still persists. On other days the app simply does not allow you to do anything not even enter your hours manually, however then half way through your shift the app will work. I find this Clock In app a very unstable App. It also runs in the background therefore constantly using your data. The creators need to figure out the "network error" which seems to be the biggest issue. Also, this app allows you to enter your hours in twice for the same day, this should not be happening.

It doesnt tally your hours for the pay period or let you know when it starts or ends .. That is very crucial to the employee

Started out being a great app. At some point they started charging for their services which is completely understandable. There were 3 plans. We chose the $12.95 per month plan with limited features. Everything was fine until we added a new employee after the plan took effect. We could not round this employees time to the 15th minute. But somehow all my old employees were still rounding. After talking with their tech Byron, Its a bug in their system. We are not supposed to have the rounding to the 15 minute feature at all. And the only way to be able to round to the 15th minute is to go from a $12.95/month plan with unlimited users to a $69.95 plan with a limit of 50 users. If i'm paying $12.95 i expect the minimal ability of a program to round time. My company has over 300 employees. So far i was testing this software on my night crew. Eventually i was going to expand it too manage my entire company. But after seeing how unreasonable this software is, I will be looking for another service.

I have a small business with 2 employees and wanted a simple way for them to clock in from their phones. It worked ok for the free trial then booted everyone when the trial ended. Felt misleading as a "free" app and didn't have anything that made me want to pay money for it once the trial ended.

I like it a lot, but it does not warn you that it is a free trail. All the marketing says 100% free, and that is a lie. However, I can afford the premiums, but many small businesses will be disappointed when they gwt it all going and then realize they cant do anything until they pay

This company is a joke. Our mobile app just stopped working because they said we were on a "free trial" for 3 months? I was told if we had less than 2 users we wouldn't be charge and fell into not costing. All of a sudden they want to say it stats that clearly on the app, no it doesn't. Bad customer service and bad business

I really need some more info on how to request time off on the mobile app. Most of my guys are on the road and only have access to their phones...if they can't request it easily then they won't take the time to find a place to pull over and sign into a computer and the mobile webpagw is a HUGE pain when you've been driving all day and your eyes are tired or older and can't work it that well.

I literally can't even log in. Perfectly fine on a browser with the exact same details, but no matter how I put them in on the app something is incorrect.

Cannot view total hours on the app's timesheet. It will only list 'a few seconds' for each employee's total. Cannot fix/edit anyone's in/out time within app, only on a pc. Cannot add an employee from app.

It's doesnt work with error-pls turn gps location. But its already turned
