The developer's original reply of "Please swim to a small island and stay there" was a perfect example of the obnoxious nature of this trend. It is mostly small children abusing such apps in places they are not appropriate. The new reply that ends in "CLUCK CLUCK CLUCK" shows that most of the people producing these apps aren't even familiar with the original source, as they "clicked" their tongues at people and did not make chicken sounds. It would appear the developer is no more than another child that knows nothing about the real Uganda or how much these phrases actually mock it. Uganda only recently escaped the rank of "least developed country" by the United Nations.
