App is broken login screen corrupted cant login

The app worked fine until I had to make a payment. I received an error saying that it was unable to make the payment. Like a fool I tied several times to no avail. So I decided to try making a payment on their website. That is where I found out the payment went through every time and it changed me over $100. If you expect someone to keep using this app you need to fix this. This is an inconvenience for me because I don't use the Florida tolls often.

I downloaded the app and when I try to sign in with my transponder number and pin it said you cannot use this information. I called customer service and confirmed the transponder number to make sure I had everything correct. I tried it both ways 12 + 13 digits and it did not work in either case. When I called the phone number listed above they could only help with the account but not the app worthless it sucks .

Not happy that it told me it would not take my credit card info. Then decide to charge my card 3 different times. Now I get stuck waiting hoping to get a refund on my card. Thanks

It is easy but what good is looking at your tolls if you can't print them out or create a file for expense reports? It is like an unfinished app.

Try to add funds to the account but a message pop up saying unable to make process, turns out the money was taken from my bank account even though the message says it was not able to now I have to wait 30 days for them to make a stupid refund so unfair good thing that I don't need the money right now.

Neat feature.. try and add a payment and enter the expiration date...instant crash. Maybe QA should be considered.

Lately in pass months and present. It crashes when you try to update or add funds. Started out fine when I downloaded it about a 8 months ago. But now it don't work right.

It crashes and logs out everytime I try to select a date to pay. Please fix it.

Its crashes everytime time i make a payment or when i click the date for the expiration on the card. On a Samsung note 5.

Doesn't recognize pin and can't reload or change pin to reload ...

Won't let me login, tried to reset my pin, I reset it and still can't login. I tried to reset it again and it won't let me reset. Uninstalled it tried again and still won't work.

I can't submit payment because I can't select the right date my card expires. Really?!

Simple efficient app

Currently right now this app will not let me log in. The login in screen is corrupted. The info text that would be under the login in button is now on top of it. I can't click the login button. When I do, it takes me to twitter's website because the link is right above the login. Plus when you press around to try to ghost click the login the screen turns white and does nothing after that. This is a huge inconvenience. Why should I bother with the app if it's only going to be a headache to use every time. You need to fix this.

The app is way too basic; especially with this new notice that anything before Android 5.0 won't be supported. I suggest a couple updates. First, in the settings, allow for mobile notifications when a toll charge occurs, how much, and by whom charged it, which means allowing for nicknames in the account like Jen's car or Chris's car. Second, integrate with Google maps to show where that charge occurred. Third, allow for an option to be automatically emailed for entry transaction. We can only see 90 days of history on this service, a give us an option to keep our own longer history via emails.

Downloaded it. Tried to open and just the SUNPASS title page came up. It didn't do anything else. Tried swiping, tapping and double tapping on the page with no result. Uninstalled, reinstalled with the same results. What gives?

I love the fact I can precheck my sunpass balance BEFORE I drive on a toll road or bridge.

I'm from out of state. I just bought a Sun Pass at Walgreens and they could not be helpful. I've gone to the web site, downloaded and still cannot sign in. All I wanted to know is how much money I should put on my pass to go from Florida City to Wildwood. Very unsettling to say the least!
