Wont let me watch my movie all it wants to do is force close...... frustrating much???

Movie plays & it's super clear but the UI is horrible. There are no directions & no options. Got error on one of the first few uses. No clue where the file directory is. It'd be easier to just illegally download a movie. This would be an argument for why NOT to use legal digital copies. Just bad.

Forces closed all the time. Tried reinstall and phone restart with no luck.
