After attending a summer coaching seminar, one elite level coach was describing a powerful squad management software tool. Many of the grassroots coaches thought this was irrelevant to their needs, and priced way out of their reach.

Another coach described using skill based homework cards, in order to maximize learning time. This had the added bonus of driving the players to compete, pushing up their skill level over a shorter period.

I decided to take these ideas and create something useful for grassroots coaches wanting to make the most of their time with players.
