Would be better if given the option to save login information. This would expedite the tedious login process. Also the app should offer to automatically save preceptor information (maybe in the form of a drop down selection) in order to expedite the signature process at the end of each evaluation. Other than those two missing features, the app works great!

Works whether there's data access or not and allows online analysis while the survey's running. It's just what we needed.

App won't launch. Keeps crashing. Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times. Need to evaluate this for business purposes. Can't find any documentation anywhere on vendor site.
