Thank you for this wonderful app. It helps with staying positive, and focused. I like the idea of the guy going up and down as I can synch my breath to the movement. Please create more apps like this. I wouldn't have paid for this app, but if you create another one I would, thanks very happy

This touched my heart. Love it. Brought a tear to my eye. :-) Totally upgrading to paid ad-free version, so i will be uninstalling... but not because i don't like it. I love this and want to show some support.

App has great potential. I just kinda wish the meditations had different background music? And the whispering, well frankly, was slightly creepy.

This app provides a rich spiritual experience. Its divided up into subjects or affirmations such as self-love and soul. It takes approximately 10 minutes for each subject so doing one per day is perfect. The guy hovering in the game is Lao Tzu who is the founder of the tao te ching. He talks about the subject a little bit before the meditation. I'd say the meditation itself lasts about 5 minutes. After the meditation, Lao summarizes everything and awards the badge for that affirmation. If you login to facebook from within the app, you can post the badge to your facebook wall to share with friends and family. I really enjoy this app, it seems to have a positive energy about it that makes me feel good. Try it and you'll see what I mean.
