Not user friendly at all. Why the login? Can't exit out unless I use home button. Limited functions. Hard to use as my main appointment setting calendar.

The application is not user friendly.
Lacks basic functions like the day of the week on calendar. Hard to navigate and work through.
A great way to keep information flowing from field, to office, to follow through.
Great job to ebix developers. This crm software has always amazed me with its sophistication from day 1. Now the app has made it even better. The android app has room for huge improvements but its just a beginning and i am certaij it will become a lot better soon. Thanks
intial page showing next 7 days works well. but trying to see future weeks the app is useless. very disappointed in Ebix considering we need to pay almost $10/month to access information on a mobile platform. the whole idea of a CRM is supposed to be access everywhere.
I'd like to see the solo be more part of the phone. Basically it's just a user interface to the web page. Id like to be able to use it as my phone contact manager, not an app I have to log into. More integration with the phone is needed.
Half of my clients dont show up with this app. Stick with the browser version.

Suggestions for future releases. 1. Auto SmartPad: When calling or emailing clients via the app, add the ability to have Smartoffice ask if we would like to schedule an activity/appointment or make a smartpad post automatically to add the details of the call/email with the contact. 2. Optimize for Tablet: Make the First login screen have dual function to show upcoming events as well as investment accounts as whole or policies or some other screen. Also make more use of real estate for tablets. Allow us to see Smartpad notes straight from the first view of contact. 3 Mobile Templates: Not sure if this is possible with current Android API's but add the ability to send Correspondence like appointment reminders, birthday emails, Thank you/Welcome emails straight from the app. Good first start.
Much more user friendly and faster than the link. One problem I see so far... if you schedule an appointment on the calendar, it only shows the time of the appointment on the calendar. You should reflect graphically how long the appointments lasts on the calendar. Much better. Amending my assessment from 4 stars to 2 stars. Just went to reference my calendar on the app. While all of my activities are on the website, the all just disappeared from the phone app.

Does not integrate well with phone and desk top application. Difficult and very different to use compared to desktop application. Looking for a new CRM.
