Virtual Reality op basisschool De Hunenborg!

Basisschool De Hunenborg stort zich in het kader van de Kinderboekenweek 2015 met het thema ‘Raar, maar waar’ in de wereld van Virtual Reality.

De Hunenborg is actief bezig met het invoeren van het eigentijds leren en wil daarom in het leren en ontdekken nieuwe technieken toepassen.

In samenwerking met het Hengeloos bedrijf Smart2IT is dit Virtual Reality project opgezet. De leerlingen van groep 7 en 8 hebben de opdracht gekregen de wijk rondom de school te herinrichten en een huis te ontwerpen.
De basisschool leerlingen hebben daarbij alle fases doorlopen, van het onderzoeken, opstellen van eisen en wensen, het bedenken van mogelijke oplossingen, het maken van keuzes en het visualiseren van het ontwerp.

De Hunenborg-app is het resultaat van het Virtual Reality schoolproject. Met behulp van een cardboard of Virtual Reality bril en smartphone kan iedereen een kijkje nemen in de nieuw ontworpen wijk en huizen.

The primary school Hunen Borg plunges in the context of the Children in 2015 with the theme "Strange but true" in the world of Virtual Reality.

The Hunen Borg is actively entering the contemporary learning and therefore wants to learn and explore new techniques apply.

In cooperation with the company Smart2IT Hengeloos this Virtual Reality ranging project. The students of grade 7 and 8 have been commissioned to redecorate the neighborhood around the school and to design a house.
The elementary school students have while going through all the stages of researching, drafting requirements and needs, devising possible solutions, making choices and visualizing the design.

The Hunen Borg app is the result of the Virtual Reality school. Using a cardboard or virtual reality goggles and smartphone, anyone can take a look at the newly designed neighborhood and houses.
