Following this diet makes it possible to eat just what you like most of the time without worrying about calories, carbs or fat! Two days a week are spent eating a limited number of calories that can include all of your favorite foods and the other five are spent eating how you would normally.
This app includes recipes for your fasting days of 0-10, 100, 200, or 300 calories as well as tracking tools to graph weight, body fat, measurements (total inches) and before and after pictures so you can see just how effective this diet is for you!

OK information on the diet. Very few recipes. Tools such the Food Diary very limited and lagging, often locking the been. Needs a lot more work and a clearer explanation of its use. Finally the app should have a way to go to the tools without having to read all the lists each time.
