Sleep Time – Switch to Sleep... is a widget plus activity to switch your mobile into sleep mode. The easiest way to ignore the unwanted notifications and messages when you don't want them without switching off your phone.

You can also setup an alarm when you activate the Sleep mode

Just install and activate the Widget.

By clicking app icon, a splash screen will open to instruct to guide you how to activate the widget.
