A concessão para o funcionamento da emissora foi outorgada no mês de Agosto de 2003. Com o nome de Rádio Difusão Novo Mato Grosso, canal 245 e freqüência 96,9.
Hoje a emissora de rádio encontra-se instalada em uma nova sede.
O prédio tem 80m², foi inaugurado no dia 05 de maio de 2009.
A nova estrutura passou a contar com equipamentos de tecnologia de ponta, além disso houve um reajuste na programação.
A nossa emissora adotou um sistema interativo de participações, nos dando a tranqüilidade em face da confirmação de abrangência e audiência através das ligações recebidas diariamente.
A administração da emissora encara com seriedade o trabalho de mídia eletrônica Radiodifusão, em face do conhecimento da importância deste meio de comunicação para a sociedade e para a própria história da mesma.
Indubitavelmente, não podemos olvidar que os que hoje fazem parte de outras mídias, começaram no rádio ou nele tiveram a inspiração necessária para iniciar seu trabalho como comunicadores.
