O café1 gerou um crescimento extraordinário para o Império Brasileiro e o Vale foi a geografia ideal para que tudo ocorresse. E o Festival Vale do Café dá um sabor todo especial a esta história.

Criado em 2003 por quem entende de música e ama o Vale, com consultoria de alguns dos maiores instrumentistas brasileiros, o Festival ocorre sempre em julho, oferecendo espetáculos onde o ritmo transporta o visitante para flagrantes fascinantes da história do Brasil.

Além de apresentar a melhor música com uma programação surpreendente a cada ano, o Festival Vale do Café responde pela realização de cursos de aperfeiçoamento musical voltados a jovens musicistas, com a distribuição de bolsas de estudo para alunos de todo o Brasil.

Estende-se por 15 municípios, apresentando shows em espaços públicos. E permite que o visitante conheça a intimidade dos maiores núcleos produtivos do ciclo do café, Fazendas Históricas de arquitetura luxuriante, com flagrantes materiais únicos, cheios de arte e tradição: azulejos, pratarias, pinturas, louças, bordados, estátuas, documentos… Elementos arquitetônicos e muitas outras lembranças compõem o mais rico álbum de memórias do período, que pode ser folheado pelos visitantes mais atentos! Created in 2003 by those who understand music and loves the Valley, with advice from some of the greatest Brazilian musicians, the festival always takes place in July, offering shows where the pace transports the visitor to fascinating snapshots of the history of Brazil.

In addition to presenting the best music with an amazing schedule every year, the Coffee Valley Festival is responsible for the realization of musical training courses aimed at young musicians, with the distribution of scholarships for students from all over Brazil.

It extends over 15 municipalities, presenting shows in public spaces.
