Before stringing jewelry such as necklaces and bracelets with a series of eye jewelry bead beads, semi-precious / semi-precious stones, to crystals though, of course we need the material in the form of a kind of yarn but with a reliable power.
For you who are beginners may only know there are only two kinds of string that is made of fiber / plastic and the other type is in the form of wire. But actually the choice of material is very much variation; Depending on function, expected flexibility, color, taste, and many other reasons

It is impossible to discuss everything on this blog, but I will try to explain some types that are very often in use by jewelry designers.

1. Fishing line (strings)
This material is used for fishing. This fiber material is famous for its strength, flexibility and thin size. That is why this fishing string is also famous among jewelry couplers.
This strings have a small thickness that can enter into the holes of beads or eye jewelry that we will assemble. But it is also strong enough that it is not easy to break because of friction with the eye of jewelry and able to bear the burden of a series of eye jewelry. Since the material is transparent, it is usually used to assemble transparent beads as well (such as Swarovski crystals)
This material is cheap and suitable for beginners, but as you can imagine the fishing rods can not flex the yarn material for example.

2. Stretch Nylon
Is stretchy nylon stretch (can stretch and back) like rubber, so this material is suitable to make bracelet without connection. The type to my knowledge there are 2 pieces of mono filament (consisting of 1 whole fiber) and multi filament (consisting of many fibers combined into one)
