In the upcoming years, Singapore’s people will be getting old faster than those of any other nation. This aging population poses a serious sustainability challenge.

Thus, in a society where the retired are looking to contribute, our mission is to make job opportunities easily accessible to them.

Our team Xchange Inc. hopes to ameliorate Singapore’s aging crisis with the use of information technology. This is how RetWok was born, with the aim of providing a job portal especially targeted for the elderly and/or retired citizens, to offer them the chance to incorporate back to the workforce.

UPDATE: Our team won with this project the second place of the GovTech Singapore Hackathon 2017, a 3-days event focused on idea development and implementation.
