Keep telling me acct dont exist each time i log in. Submitted a job and receive an email confirmation but cant find any details on the apps page. Cant change card acct, nor make any amendments etc.

Good app to get trustworthy cleaners. Customer support is good. Will be good if there is an option to book recurring event fortnightly or weekly

This apps has a lot of restrictions. It does not allow you to cancel your credit card details and your account that was set up. You also do not know the gender of the helper unless you specifically request. The only time I was satisfied with the service was the 1st engagement, subsequent helpers always cancel on a last minute and today was worst, cancel without informing. Overall, very dissapointed!!!

No respond of jon request. Do not even know ig anyone is working on it.

The app keeps logging me out, so no idea if my request will go through.

Much needed app in Singapore! Used it for a range of services - cleaning, air-con servicing, and laundry. The app UI is excellent and makes ordering extremely simple.

Love this app ! So easy to use and they've always done an amazing job ! I've tried the laundry service and the Aircon service and I couldn't be more satisfied !

Last week I had problem with a rude customer officer. After that the co-founder called me and apologized, and gave me credits for the inconvenience. I trully appreciate a company that apologizes to their customers when do wrong and try to be fair. Recommended

Have used this service twice and have gotten decent service.

No problem with app. But, a clueless helper and terrible service. Helper do not have any clue what to do and indeed spoiled a lot in the name of cleaning. Disappointing.!

I have been unable to schedule a cleaner because the app glitches at the payment screen and freezes. Is it because I already had a credit from another glitch that overcharged me upon my first booking? It's futile scheduling like this, this is a final request for refund.

Whenever I need extra help, Sendhelper assigns me to a great helper fast. Fuss free and so convenient. Definitely worth it.

Was going to book a helper but couldn't add credits. Then the app crashed and I couldn't log back in. Frustrating to use!

Tried to log in but unaccessible and the system screwed up even after you retrieve your password.

Terrible customer service. Shoddy job. First time I uses them it was a shoddy job. Second time they canceled 30 mon after appointment was supposed to begin. Called their customer service, who was incredibly bad. Three strikes.

The concept and app itself are great. No problems on that front and works simple enough. That's where it ends. The actual service SUCKS. Helper that was sent had no clue how to use a mop and said it was the first time he had seen such a setup (one with a basin). He also very obviously did not know how to press shirts. Worked with this same helper 3 times, thinking the first couple of times might be flukes and wanted to give him a chance. Waste of time and money as his work was quite sub-standard.

Dishonest people, was charged $18/hr for recurring cleaning, after the update increased to $20/hr did not have the decency to inform me. They also took away the free 3hr cleaning

My first experience, I was travelling a day later so wanted a cleaner. They confirmed and then last moment cancelled the job. So I had to spend hours cleaning up on my own and rest of my tasks got delayed. Since the money is already taken, I called and requested for a refund. Who would want to give their service a second chance? I still have not received the refund! Better option is to find for a main on your own and not depend of these kind of unreliable Services. *update* NO REFUND YET & CREDIT MISSING

Not loading at all after log in

Initially, this was a good service. However, the last few helpers were unsatisfactory. I wonder if they even trained all the helpers as there are different standards. Despite not wanting the same helper due to unsatisfactory service, repeatedly, the same helper accepted my job request. The latest helper cancelled the appointmemt at 2.30am in the morning when my appointment was at 8.30am. It would be better if they could have sent me an sms to inform about the cancellation.
