Not a great app, no assistance available and the company associated, merchant one, is difficult to work with, has ridiculous restrictions and very rude and poor customer service. Find another way.

A tip percentage would make it easier for passenger's to add the correct tip amount. Plus ability to process and hold the transaction when no signal available would make this a more competitive app. Needs to have the ability to send receipts automatically as well.

I got the device and services with them. A minimum charge of 10.99$/month + sales % was supposed to be, with No sales at all my first invoice was 43.53$ - my second one was 53.96$ and guess what... To drop my account they wanna charge me 300$ of cancellations fee's, dont waste your life and choose wisely

This app and the card reader that is now associated with it is nothing but problematic. The only white card readers use to work for about 6 months with the app before they would both need to be replaced/reinstalled. The new magtek black card readers just plain suck. They last about a month, if that, and then they stop reading credit card data. Try explaining to customers that you need their billing address and that it's going to take about 5 minutes to manually enter in their data every time they want to make a transaction. Stay away from this app, the readers and whatever merchant service provider that is forcing you to use this garbage.

The app itself is reliable, but I do wish that once the transaction is complete with the authorization code and all, it would be nice to highlight that authorization code and copy and paste it to my dispatching software I use. If I try to long press on the code nothing happens to I'm forced on trying to remember the code as I manually have to enter it in my dispatching software

Don't ever go with them go with square. It's a scam and they don't want to close your account when u ask them too. They keep changing u fees and it's hale when you ask for them back . Nobody knows what they are talking about when u talk to them .

You can do everything: sales, refunds, take tips, see reports, email receipts. Love the app! :)

I like that it is so easy. However there needs to be a percentage option for the tips. 10, 15, 18, 20%. Also there is such a lag when entering the numbers that sometimes you enter extra zeros. It works fine, but definitely needs some up grading.

This is a dinosaur compared to Square. You can't itemize sales with your different products, rather you have to do all the math before hand, enter in the total, and then give them another receipt with the break down. Given this alone, I am not spending any more time with it to process a sale.

The app slows down to a crawl on my new Samsung S7 Edge and THERE IS NO SUPPORT OR HELP available. The email they list gets returned. If you click on support on the app there is nothing.
