thanks for making this app.... makes communication closer between public and nmc... and complaint gets solved (depending on complaint ) within time ..good work..

एकदम फालतू Apps असून अपेक्षे प्रमाणे त्यात माहीत प्राप्त होत नाही .विभागांची माहीत Update नाही .स्वच्छ सुंदर नाशिक करीता तसेच स्वच्छ आणि चांगल्या Apps ची नितांत गरज आहे .तरी यात सुधारणा अपेक्षित आहेत .धन्यवाद

App is easy to use but after raising a complaint only status getting update no actual work is done .I have raised 2 complaints and still no one is there to solve it

Hectic to use it doesn't even gets open

Worst App even doesn't get open

Not working.. Getting error while opening..

Fake app it doesn't work

great app but update this app too ans language in marathi & other languages

The app doesn't start saying verifying mobile device.

Got very good and immediately response to my complete.

I think u added to many option means nashik recruitment

Good response to our complete.

My experience. I raised a complaint to cut one of tree branches in Dr Hedgewar ngr cidco on 23Nov. I waited for many days for any response. Zero action taken place and on 3dec15 complaint marked as closed with no action. It is only app for display no action is taken place. How can complaint got resolved without any action? Is there any escalation point if complaint getting closed? Anyway its Govt app I can understand nothing can change over here. काम नाहि दिखावा होतो इथे. Total fake app. Nothing can happen.

The app is easy to use and tracking complaints. I got good field results and saw system in action. Many smsll complaints get attended in 1 to 2 days and major complaints need to track for reasonable periods and have to reopen again and again...Nevertheless this app is really useful and a step towards digital India... I congratulate the Team NMC for such wonderful app...

I had complaint about water leakage near my residence but its already 1 month is over no one even bother to visit the location. So I think there is NO use of such systems if no proper implementation is there.

App is good but we can not update followup comments if Complaint is not attended in reasoneble time.also their should be a lock.concerned department could not able to close complaint without written concent from the complainant.

I booked the complaint 2 to 3 times , but it isn't completed still from 3 months . The service is not provided by govt absolutely .

It is always better to keep the system, already provided, up to-date instead of asking the consumers to complain and then repair. And this is the only way every organization meant for the cause of the public should opt for.

It is just making fool to the people. I complained about water leakage 13 days back.Still no reply .please don't download it. App is just show off by NMC. Star 1 because no negative rating.

Very lethargic n slow to configure , difficult to use, no reply from officer & look like inspired fr many applications.

Government didn't gave response for complents put on this app . This app is made only for show off...

I registered the complaint at 8.30am and in half an hour I got a call for confirmation and at 10.30am same day, staff of NMC reached at spot.

Just I would like to say this app is awesome... Thanks a lot to all NMC members.quick n fast service .5 star.

I would like rate the app five star when nmc solve our problem

I have used it couple of times and results / actions taken by NMC was instantaneous..so requesting all to start using this..

Good initiative ,App is best only NMC employee is not ready they delay work

I had send one complete on 02-oct-15 today after 8 day's nothing proper ans receive from dept. Only system generated message received.

This good activities for us also NMC .for growing city.

Good app and after booking complaint online, prompt follow up by corporation staff and problem sorted out within time . Nice to see changes in Nashik Muncipal Corporation. ....Pls keep it up.

App seems great. ...but there is absolutely no response for complaint registered. ....I had registered a complaint 1 month back. ..still it is open.......and no action has been taken. ..feels dissatisfied. ...

Let's test it for a while and experience the response
