SMART (Sistem Manajemen Aplikasi Regident Terintegrasi) RC (Regident Center) Polda Jateng, merupakan aplikasi android yang memiliki fitur yang dapat digunakan untuk :

1. Cross Cek Barcode BPKB, untuk mengetahui keaslian BPKB dengan membandingkan data di RC dengan yang tertera di BPKB
2. Realtime Transaksi Pendaftaran dan Pembayaran Samsat
3. Jumlah Data Ranmor Polda Jawa Tengah dan Jajaran
4. Pertambahan Kendaraan Baru
5. Mutasi kendaraan, mutasi masuk dan mutasi keluar

- Merupakan pesan aktif untuk reminder STNK yang telah terdaftar dan saat mendekati jatuh tempo akan tampil berupa notifikasi/pesan tentang info jatuh tempo pembayaran pajak STNK tersebut.
- Notifikasi akan otomatis aktif mulai berjalan saat meng-instal aplikasi terbaru ini atau saat aplikasi mulai dijalankan kembali.
- Notifikasi berjalan mengikuti tanggal dan jam di perangkat handphone Anda.
- Pengecekan tanggal dan jam pada perangkat sangat diperlukan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan penyesuai tanggal dan jam yang ada diserver pusat.
- Notifikasi berjalan dilatar belakang/background aplikasi diperangkat Anda.
- Jika perangkat mati dan dihidupkan kembali atau melakukan proses restart, segara buka kembali aplikasi ini untuk mengaktifkan kembali notifikasi reminder STNK ini.

13. Reset Notifikasi
- Jika saat aplikasi telah ter-instalasi sedangkan tanggal atau jam diperangkat Anda tidak sesuai, maka lakukan langkah Reset Notifikasi pada menu reminder STNK.
- Reset ini digunakan agar notifikasi yang telah berjalan akan ikut menyesuaikan tanggal dan jam diperangkat Anda.
- Jika Reset Notifikasi tidak dilakukan, maka notifikasi yang telah berjalan akan terus mengikuti tanggal dan jam saat pertama kali ter-instal atau dijalankan.
