SIB Mirror+

Amount gets deducted from my account even if the transaction fails. Bank is not processing to refund my amount deducted amount until I raise a complaint. Not even they send any notifications about the issue. This is the worst ever banking service that a provides to it's customers

I'm not able to view my account details.. It shows failed to load as soon as I sign in... Emailed my query to the technical support team of SIB .. No response even after 1 week... Is this the next generation banking?

Earlier, I had many issues with the app. But after a year, it has completely changed. UPI addition is feather on the cap. Thanks for retaining my VPA. Also, my issue with adding billers has also been solved. Looking forward to next gen banking services. Thank you SIB. However, I faced some issues with bill payments. I'm unable yo view my bills.

It keeps on saying that your number has changed. When I send the details for verification , it says SMS not received. Definitely there is a bug. Please change UPI to sib m pay

Upi worked simply in mpay.. now it became horrible. Why it stops when i change my sim?

app is good.but sib does not give online srvices given by other banks. eg.premature term deposit closure, check book request.

Sib is having many apps which have the same features. Please remove the outdated apps from the playstore to avoid confusion.

I cant login to my account. It shows password expired. When i try to change my password it shows session timed out. Pls fix these

one day i opend upi in mpay app its show upi migrated to sib mirror. so when i download this app and try to upi registration its horrible.

I am not able send money to mothers account.. The beneficiary accnt number and ifsc code column is not working..

While trying to make payment through UPI, under IFSC option, App is not permitting to enter alphabets in account number column
