The Butterflies App can be used as a tool kit to help support you in your day. You can use it to store memories, thoughts and feelings and to remind yourself about how to look after yourself in a positive way. You can create your own personal list of people you can depend on and also find ideas to help support you on the days that are harder to cope with.

You will also find a directory of professional support numbers. It has been co-created by young people for young people to remind you that you don't need to feel alone.
