Good app an great idea, would have given 5 stars but I can't get realsafe to work. It just keeps giving me an error that says it's not available.

I Never ride without this app on, recent problems with lollipop have bow been fixed just update it, works perfectly now. Thanks guys for a fantastic app great features and piece of mind when riding with 'realsafe' active. Shame i can only give it 5 stars!!

Gets as far as "Your App Settings" then won't go any further. Shame as it looks like it would be a useful app :/

now works on lollipop, very good communication from the company. Need to get out and try it properly now.

After several opportunities, it just did cut it. Failed to record a single route, and showed a straight line whenever attempting to record. Replaced with geotracker which has no issue with accurately following where I have been, speeds and elevations.

This app demands far too much personal in formation and access rights. Be very aware....

Love this app, hopefully this summer I'll get to try all the features.

Still crashing for no apparent reason

Great concept but once installed it asks you to update various medical information and when you click "save," it advises that "REALsafe not available".

Heavy battery usage

Installed it ready to try. After clicking in it it asks for you to register or sign in. Went to register and it keeps closing. Just goes back to my home screen. Major update needs to be done on this before I will reinstall and rereview. Very poor

Can't find my location (Google maps does straight away!)and when does sometimes, locks up phone most times while recording route. Have to reboot phone to get use back. Don't have power saving mode on by the way!

Thanks for the update, however app does not work on lollipop. Does not even start.

Installed on my LG running lollipop but keeps crashing. Since posting I have had an explanation from RealRider that I want to share... "With regards to Android Lollipop 5.0, Android appear to be are aware of the problems. However, they are rolling out fixes at their own pace which is incredibly frustrating for us and I’m sure lots of other developers. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a solution to what is an Android Software issue. Even if we did try and attempt a fix it could be redundant"

The idea of this app is completely brilliant I just wish it worked properly. I'm running Android 5.1.1 on a nexus 5. Please fix the issues.

It does not load up therefore useless. I have a galaxy s5 with lollipop. Please debug ASAP or tell me how to get it to work?

Idea is great but wont even open on my s5.... so frustrating

Installed after the bike show in November, used for the first time and the pressed the button to start route and got a blank screen no information on the screen. Have upgraded to lollipop. Please update

This is one app to have if your a motorcycle.

Like the idea of this but keeps crashing! Works phone on my IPad(iPhone mode) but not practical to use on the road. Win mobile version coming soon I hear so will have to wait until then I guess

Not much more stable after the recent update it seems. Still getting constant crashes making the app unusable. Bit disappointed really!

Thankfully, I've never needed it, but the realsafe aspect of this app is a great idea. I downloaded it because my ride to work takes me through country lanes at silly o'clock in the morning and I'm always seeing deer in the road. If one jumped out on me & everything went pear shaped, it's nice to know that realsafe is there. HOWEVER. Since updating my phone to lollipop the app keeps crashing or not opening at all. The customer service at Realrider has been great but I need to wait for Samsungs next update

Didn't work but customer service emailed me today and got it working so very pleased with the service they offer. Time to start playing with the app

As a keen biker and electronic product developer I was interested to see how this would perform - cute idea. The clever bit is the algorithm to detect an accident. But the product was immature when I first installed it, and had teething troubles. It was a very clever and useful idea which in the early days failed in the execution. I uninstalled it - but was sufficiently interested to give it another try. And it's much improved. I haven't made use of the in-depth functionality, but the basic stuff now doesn't crash the phone. Still don't know if it would work if I crashed the bike, and hope I never do!

Interesting concept, if it wasn't constantly crashing all the time. Cleared cache and done reinstalling. Nothing. Using a Nexus 5 with lollipop 5.0.1. So disappointed.

Excellent app, easy to record and share your routes. Also the RealSafe is a brilliant idea. After seeing a demo of the new update coming very soon, it looks even better!!

I got this as the guy at the bike shop told the wife about it and it reduced her worry. I thought it was a waste of money and would never really work in an accident. Yesterday I had a slow speed accident which I defanatly would not expect to register. After picking up the bike and starting to ride again I heard a noise from my phone , stopped to check it and the app was seconds from sending my details to emergency services. Now I recommend every biker has this app.
