Rapid Receipts

I'm looking for a program that will let me text or email receipts, plus keep a copy of the date I created it. So far I've only been able to GENERATE or SAVE a receipt, not both. I need both. Though I can see the receipt # under settings/my receipts, it does not show the date. That seems crazy, and I am thinking I must be unable to figure out the way to do it. But then, that doesn't make me give it any higher rating.

It does what it says it will do. Very basic app though. I am having trouble getting the logo imported though; hence 4 star, vice 5.

Super easy to use. 5 stars when you add compatibility with Dropbox putt r some other backup method. Just lost all my records when my phone died. Lesson learned.

Doesn't let you take a picture of the receipt? That right there makes this useless. All fields required... always. You can't close the page without filling out "Company" or your email address?!?! Why do I need to log my own email address?

Cant find a way to change currency to UK pounds. Clicking the "more" option doesn't offer anything. But the idea is great

It reverses order of the receipt dates. 04-08-13 is Aug 08, 2013. In the US it is April 8th. Needs fixed, or be adjustable. Also would be great to have an email default choice.

I would put the email in his keep telling me it's not the right email I f****** know my e-mail. And every other information I'll try to put in my just won't accept it stupid ass f****** ass dumb ass app

Can some one help me change the currency to INR from USD, other ways it's wonderful.

....it continuously force closes EVERY time I try to generate a receipt. It shows the receipt as being saved but I cannot generate it in order to send to a recipient. Please fix this issue and I would GLADLY rate it 5 stars. Seems like it could be an awesome app. I'm using a Note 3 so I would assume that this app would be compatible.

It will not accept my email address in the detail section even though I know it's a valid email.

I gerated 1, saved 2 and then it stopped working. If fixed please make available change in currency. Automatic generate into pdf when sharing via any choice. Other than these issues i like it. So please fix else i must find different app.

I want appreciate this one. Please make settings for currency as we use rupees. Should be able to change currency.

Very user-friendly!Not picky and finicky,great because invoice and receipt together.only problem is date issues,and re-editing docs.Oh and an option for signatures.

I issue rental receipts frequently, any chance you can add in templates that can speed up my process? Also: Dates issue? Not an issue, that's the proper way, Day-Month-Year. Smallest to Largest.

Great app but wish you could set up UK sterling etc.

How do I make my own. invoice number. Don't want to use yours?

Forces close whenever I hit the Generate button.

I had looked all over to find a way to change the date formatting. Then i realized you can't! The format that is most needed and recognized is month/day/year. Rapid Receipts app date format is day/month/year. If I was able to change the month to the actual written letters then it would work out. But with only one numeric option for the date format the way it stands now would be to confusing and to much explaining to each client that i would have to send a receipt to.A big hell no for me with this app!

Buh bye paper receipts, carbon paper, wasted resources. Hello professionalism and efficiency. This app has enabled me to move my business one step further into the 21st century. Will update rating to 5 stars when we see a date format option added for us here in the U.S. I've just been dealing with it, but it really is going to become a issue over time.

If you can fix the date setting on it plus if it would let you edit the invoices before sending them and after receiving them would be great. and if this app could be used on a laptop in the Windows app store for faster information input with keyboard would be even better and I would recommend and rate at 5 stars

App keeps closing an Note4. Not generating reciepts, nor saving information. sad, because this seemed promising.

Only uses $ I need £. Would be a really good app otherwise.

i would give it 5 stars but cant share directly to phone numbers.have to save it first.

Changes that would make it 5 stars: -allow editing after receipt generated -create different date format options. Example: mm/dd/yyyy -allow user to add and save various service options and pricing so they can be selected from a drop down list and added as necessary without having to re-type and add price each time. Example: wash 40/ treatment 20/ flat iron 50 etc.

First reciept i tried to generate, it froze my phone and closed the app.

The only thing that would make this a 5 star is that before sending the receipt or invoice , you should be able to go back and edit if needed other than that, I love it! Please fix the date format.

I like this app a lot but I do agree with the other reviews. It would be nice if the dates were in mm/dd/yy format. Also, a feature to be able to edit/delete the receipts and invoices in case of a mistake or needed to add more to it. Please add theses features so I can rate it 5 stars.

Please add more features like currency options, colors, custom receipt number & logo size.

Great App for my business, BUT I created some test receipts and now I can't delete them. Under my receipts it still shows the main header but when you click to view them they are no longer viewable

Would give it 5 stars but there needs to be a fix for the date picker it should give the option for formatting the date it is set to a European date format which when invoicing payment due for June 7th...6/7/2014 now becomes July 6th....7/62014..... Please fix

Hi this app is great but it needs to have flexibility in defining the receipt currency and receipt numbers so it can be used outside the US.
