About SimpleNotes
A simple app for making notes.
Can export, import and share notes with other apps (email, twitter, facebook, sms +++).
Select note colour, and select default colour.
Check/uncheck notes when your finished with them.
You can also protect the app with a passcode.
The app can edit txt-files directly, or import them to the database.
For safety you can backup the database, or export your notes to the SD-card as txt-files.
If you uninstall/remove this app from your device, the notes will also be removed, so please make backups regularly.

The ads are usually flickering and thereby distracting and generally annoying, and I've found no ad-free alternative that you can buy. I haven't found any way to mark multiple notes at the same time.

Has ads, contrary to the description. Further, it's basically a copy of another app by the same author. Just pollutes the Android app ecosystem.

Note 4 - works OK. The backup feature is good. It would benefit greatly from a search facility (search all notes). Give it that and I'd vote 5 stars.
