I did rate this App with a one star because the new update ruined the calendar in my opinion with different colors for the beginning of the new month and of the old month. I did receive a quick response to my email original within minutes. With the pending new update to give the option of going back to the original I will rate this back to 5 stars.. Great Customer Service as I stated above i received a quick response and the update to the old version has also been provided very quickly.

This app makes my life so much easier! Support is amazing and very fast to respond and listens to suggestions for improvements. People complaining about 99 cents a year need to understand that it cost money to keep an app this size going. Well worth the "miniscule" yearly fee. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Updated:Scam, forced users out if old system by making the old app force close killing all functionality, lost access forced accts. Despite the fact that we paid for the old app after locking us out they created this one to force you to pay $6 again and an annual fee that you can trust they will not scam you again.

Was initially unhappy with update glitches that wouldn't let me sign in to my account, but I am very happy with the changes and have had no issues at all. Would highly recommend this to a friend

Great APP! Work with a DOD Federal Fire Department, (48/72) and this APP made creating a reoccurring schedule exceptionally easy. Also has made keeping track of Annual leave, sick leave, trades, and overtime very easy. Have been using now for approximately 3 yrs, and the one problem I had was literally resolved within about 5 min after emailing developer. Very rare I leave reviews, but this APP has been worth it.

Deleted this app as I was forced to use New app. I liked the old OFF LINE calender. I do not want my schedule on the cloud. I'm sorry I ever spent money, if I knew you were going to do this I would have looked else where. Look at your reviews a lot of unhappy people. Why don't you give people the option to use the old one since we already paid for it!!

Have been using this for more than a year and love it. Ran into a recent issue when renewing my subscription. Customer Support got back to me and fixed my problem the same morning. Def recommend. Easily customizable and simple intuitive design.

Been using this calendar for a number of years and it makes any public servants life 100 times easier to keep track of your time. Recently I had an issue and accidentally deleted that application losing everything, but with the incredible support of the developers they were able to restore everything I lost. Now with their new cloud server feature that could never happen again. Special thanks to David who I dealt with directly for the oustanding customer support. Again this application is highly recommended..

Biggest scam on the internet, straight up thief! Bought this app for flat fee, now demanding I pay annual fee, how about refund my money then since you removed my ability to use this app

Used for years trouble free but updated it today and my shift calender has disappeared. It now's looks to complicated to set a new one up. Luckily I have programmed Google calendar instead.

The guys in my office and I LOVED this app.... now ita switched to spark.. GARBAGE!!!!! We purchased the app out right now its a yearly subscription... even 99 cents ... They always find a way to mess up a good thing

last renewal period i also had trouble.... requiring David's assistance. I'm again trying to renew, and again no support through the defunct app... only error messages and no responses from developers. Back down from 5*to 2... please correct ...<Thanks David for the help with my personalizing of my events colors again! Certainly back to a 5* App!

I have had ups and downs. When I first got this app it was the best. Then an upgrade ruined it. Difficult to use. Well it's back to great. Easy use. Convenient widget to check my schedule at a glance.

I'm having trouble renewing my subscription. Every time I tried it has an error message. My renewal expires today. I've been trying for over a week. If I uninstall and reinstall will it allow me to renew?

Would be nice to have the option for shift time hours with app. The Widgets are bad. Just shift color and symbol for events

Junk...... The spark update ruined fire house calendar due to forcing an update now I must manually update other apps so my older fully PAID.... version won't get over written with this terrible update thanks for nothing

They original update last year was terrible. However they have cleaned it up and it is much better. Would recommend this app again.

This app is wonderful in keeping all 4 of my company work schedules in order along with my personal and family schedules as well. Though the changes from the last update made it a little challenging at first but was able to work through it. Would like to figure out how to share the calendar with family email calendars who don't have the app so I don't have to take a screen shot and forward it. Over all, a great app to have!

This app used to be quite good until they had a big redesign and went all "subscription cloud-sync model". New interface is badly designed and is NOT intuitive for adding shifts. This is compounded by all "help" videos being only for for the iPhone version. I have been a happy, long time user for several years and so I migrated over and was expecting to be able to import my old calendar as per their instructions. Not possible due to the new version deleting the old app version and its data when it was installed. Reaching out to support resulted in a few apologetic emails. Final email was pretty much a "that's funny. I guess you'll have to recreate the calendar manually. Not fun. And it is not like I'm inexperienced with software having worked as a software engineer and architect for over twenty years!

I have sent 4 emails. They took money out but wont respond . It still not updated and unable to use.

Well I have used this app for 2 years now, paid the whole 9 yards. Honestly it has worked great up until I had to renew. Now it will not allow me to renew just says error which in turn will not allow me to do any updates to my hours/trades ext. And I'm willing to bet the only fix is to uninstall and then download again. If that's the case I guess I will be looking for a new app as in not going to lose all my information once a year.

I really don't agree with people giving one star after years of use just because the style slightly changed, I feel your struggles dev team, great app and keep up the good work!

Unless you update it, you can no longer use calendar planning. Not willing to pay again for same app. Stay away.

I try to renew it took my money but it did not renew try to get help and no one help

Exactly what I need to plan my day to day activities. It's worth the $.99 a year. Guess I'll just have to skip that Jumbo Jack tomorrow to make up for it.

I Rated this a 5-star initially, but been getting so many error messages recently that I gave up. Looking for a new app!

I've had this app for about 8 years now. I understand their is a yearly renewal charge but the app will not let me renew. I hope I don't lose everything I have accumulated over the years.

Great calendar for keeping track of son-in-law schedule and able to add my activities to the calendar. Keeps it all in one place with different colors for events?

This app helps track everything for me from trade time to overtime to every day activities my wife plans on her own calendar.

Wish you could still share the months instead of having to screen shot it and send it. You use to be able to do that, it would be great to be able to do it again.

I paid a one off fee year's ago and now it won't let me log in and thay want me to pay a yearly fee

Renewed my subscription two days before the expiration date in August. Payment was made and to date my subscription has not been renewed.

Does everything I want. Syncs with Google calendar. I'm very happy with it!

Exactly what I was looking for! Let's me keep track of my comp time and vacation hours!

It is great to keep up with my husband schedule and I like that my Google calendar feeds in to it.

It says my subscription has expired but I paid to renew it???
