QActive Mobile App for Android
Mobile app very basic you can't change transactions or add a payee for some reason. You have to log onto a tablet or laptop. Although I don't rate some of this apps features it is easy to use
Q Active? More like Q Inactive.... so terribly slow..... launching your session.... still launching.... then when (or if) you do get in it is clunky and has diminished functionality. I want to be able to do any normal internet banking function!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Simply too slow to launch banking session to be even slightly useful. If I could give it no stars, I would. Pick up your game QUDOS!!
Incredibly slow to launch! I started it up to transfer money between my accounts. After watching the launch screen for a minute, I left my phone alone and started up my tablet, connected to wifi, launched a browser, logged in to the website, checked my balances, made the transfer and logged out. App still stuck on the launch screen. Ridiculous!
Can't even log in. The launch page just loads and loads and the option to log in never comes up. Waste of time. Better off going to the site instead.
Have given up trying to use it. Can never log in or I get a message saying service is not available. Easier to go through normal website.
Absolute rubbish-so slow and despite updates and reinstalling can rarely actually log on and have to go through full site. Sick of seeing that little circle going around. All comments seem the same surely these issues can be fixed!!
Very poor app. App is Very temperamental and wont load just stays on the splash screen. Can't get basic account information such as bsb number. Can't view or sms account details to request payment..
Still no exit button after update.... Minimal features available. Why not just make it like the mobile web page, thats actually very good
Very inadequate app. Gets stuck on "launching your session" can't even get it!!
Terrible App. Slow, often doest work at all. Unable to add a description for transfers.
It's actually faster to log into the mobile version of the website (which is really great). Using the app you can't update/edit auto transfers or add new payers. Uninstalled.
Now can't even log in, login pages just never loads.......... And you still can't exit from the app, you need to close it in task manager. Very poor. Mobile version of the website is far superior.
Happy that the pin reset problem is fixed now. Only question now is what is the difference between the mobile and tablet app, and why does the tablet app have ads?
Unable to close app via back button, really annoying.
No exit button, can't use multiple accounts. Didn't waste my time going further, off to bin. I'll stick with the mobile web page.

It really is the worst banking app around. Now it hardly shows any transactions, telling you to download a pdf instead. Website poor as well. The old credit union website was much, much better. Really disappointing.
This app went from bad to worse. I now permanently get the message that "the service is currently unavailable". C'mon, you can do better than that!
Upon first using the app I'd need to 'register' my details every time I'd open the app just to use it, now the app will only get up the 'launching your session' loading screen. Qudos this app is next to useless, very limited functionality inside the app, slow loading, lots of bugs. Sample CommBank app or another big bank and aim higher. Very disappointed.
They need to look at other banks and credit unions. Especially for how much we pay

So the update is still rubbish and nothing different at all. Android app is a waste of time and data. Seriously a bank 'app' like this, you should be ashamed and embarrassed from what you are offering. What do we actually pay this 'bank' to do now anyway.
Since the last update, every time I log in it restarts the registration process again. In this case it is 4 times faster for me to use the webpage. Convenience was the reason I installed this app.
Sadly is now forcing me to re-register every time I open the app. I just updated to the newest phone on the market, the problem is definitely not at my end.
Great if you just want to read their ads. Can never log in. End up having to use the website.
For some reason app now won't work at all with vodafone. Keeps saying service is unavailable. Reported to customer service still waiting for answer 2 days later. Very frustrating. Have uninstalled and reinstalled now won't let me register.
Useless. Need to log into online banking through browser to do anything useful anyway. Uninstalling
After you register with login and password, it asks you for a pin. That page is blank. You can randomly press on the blank screen and it will actually set your pin.....boo!!
This is rubbish and disgraceful. Hasn't been able to load for over a week and when it did prior it was so slow. When are you going to get this sorted?
App is ok but since last update I also have to re-register everytime I log in. Quicker to use the website. I liked the old QSCU website. Was more user friendly than the current website and app.
Tried logging in multiple times over several days, login works fine when logging in online but the app won't login uninstalling
Love that I can see pending charges on my credit card straight away! Great new feature.

If I can give a zero, I will. Slow, the platform is clumsy and hard to use, layout is unclear. Look, Qudos, you just need to up your game in designing a user friendly app if you would like to keep your customers. No matter how good your products are, having a bad app will still give people the bad taste in the mouth.
