Increase your productivity by spending the right amount of time on the right things, at the right time, through this automated system.

The app is designed to assist in prioritizing what you need to do next, and as you work through your tasks, the app recalculates your priorities.

After your activities have been entered, the app will give you the 3 most important things to do first.

This System will take into consideration:
• When you last did the activity.
• When you started the activity.
• How much time in total has been spent on that activity.
• The due date (if one is given) for that activity.
• The importance rating given to that activity by you.
The objective of the app is to balance the amount of time spent on all your activities through setting priorities, more-so than a budget/deadline approach.

This app should be used in conjunction with your standard calendar/deadline planner.
