Sampling Plan Optimizer

This application allows you to optimize the sample size for attribute inspections proposed by the ANSI Z1.4 standards (MIL-STD-105E) preserving the same customer satisfactions by using the binomial model. Also you can evaluate your own plans observing the OC-curve.

The application is fully functional and really smart to be used without statistics knowledge.
Just follow the next steps:
Step1. Select the parameters (Lot Size, AQL, etc.) of your current sampling plan.
Step2.Click on Calculate OC curve.
Step3.Select the Customer Confidence at 90 or 95%
Step4.Select the “c” (maximum number of defectives units allowed to accept a lot)
Step5.Finally click on Show OC curve if you need to see OC curve details, Saving’s and Statistical rational.
