Can't assign patients to myself. Contacts take forever to load. I've tried this on two different phones add their app support team has provided no answers. Would be great if it worked as it should but for now it's just another obstacle in my daily workflow.

This is the worst app I have used in my life. It actually is very concerning because the app misses messages from patients and ancillary staff and does not send them to the physician. It is leading to compromised patient care and is very dangerous. We were forced to use this app in our hospital because it was an admin decision. Do not use this app unless you are forced into it like I was. It will make your like miserable and will compromise the care of your patients.

PerfectServe reps over promised and underdelivered. They promised full functionality similar to our practice's previous voicemail communication system but with improvement. PerfectServe is harder to use and, most importantly, takes longer to communicate to my colleagues. Don't believe the hype. Stay away. Wish we could go back but hospital will not let us...

Total Spyware. Why should an app that routes phone calls be able to take pictures, record audio and video and send it out without my Ok? Perfect serve can. Access everything on your phone? Ummm no. Why does it text me 3 times then call me to tell me I have a text on an app that, I don't even use. Crapware No thanks

Reading other reviews of the app, I was very worried about using it. After being properly configured and making some tweaks, I absolutely love it and have no complaints.

A patient could deliver in the time that it takes for this to notify me that I need to come to labor and delivery. The ping that happens after messages is too soft for me to hear it. The reminder call afterwards is most annoying. I think this product is probably best used for consults only. It is not the best way to go about messaging or phone calls for issues that need prompt and immediate care. I'll prefer for my Nurse to call me directly because of this.

Need to call help desk usually at least once a month for the same problems. Frequently I don't get notifications right away. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than any other because it keeps failing. But if your institution demands that you use it...

The new messenger format is horrible, it no longer notified me when I have a reply, only way I know is 2 mins later when I receive a text saying I have a message I missed. I want to know I have a message the moment I get it not 2 mins later. Horrible for STAT pages! Please fix so I don't have to continue to pull the screen down to refresh the screen so I can see when I have a message or wait for a text telling me I missed a message

The system is cumbersome, slow, and unstable much of the time. It takes a simple process, dialing a phone, and turns it into a slow, frustrating 14 step process. When the app freezes up, it defaults to a repeated series of texts and calls telling you that you have a message. But you cannot access the message because the app has seized. So at 4 a.m. you are frantically trying to find out who called, take care of the involved patient, uninstall the app, & reinstall the app while being interrupted.

New voicemail playback function on android is slow and no longer has a rewind or fast forward function. The playback button is too small. Too buggy after recent update, and support staff way too slow to address the problems.
