- List of ingredients that automatically calculates amounts as a function of the number of people
- Step-by-step recipe that is easy to follow. It includes altitude correction for the rice boiling time, which becomes an issue over 500m above sea level
- Recommended paella pan diameters (manufacturers' recommendations are most often wrong)
