Pacific Blue Cross Mobile for Android
I have my latest Blue Cross ID card right in front of me. The app says ID and policy do not match our records. When answering the challenge question "middle name of youngest child?" it says answer was invalid. Nice work. Another impossible step to try to make a claim.
The documents submitted through the app don't always get uploaded crystal clear to their website. It happened more than once and my account got temporary suspended pending receipt verification. Convenient but not reliable.
Like another person I saw, I was unable to to log in. I tried a few different ways and I got nowhere. Thanks blue Cross. I don't match your records.

I spent an hour on installing the app and entering drug claims information, then at the end when I clicked the submit button, it told me that this drug needs paper claim form to be submitted! Can't it tell me when I enter the DIN?!
Is pbc trying to make using this app difficult? ? Impossible to add birth date.
Works great now. The tablet version isn't as tight as on the phone.
After recent update..app is easy to use again.
Have to use the suggestion of another reviewer (Tom Marshal) who figured out that if you are getting an error message on submitting the claim, you can get around it by editing the expense again, saving it after editing, agreeing to TnC and then Submit Claim. Thanks to Tom for figuring it out. Otherwise, I find this app very useful and I would give it more stars if PBC could fix the submission error.
Won't let me submit claims. Keep getting error. Why have an app that doesn't work? This is the only way I used to submit claims and it was great!! Now it's crap.

Very pissed off before reading Tom's suggestion. PBC needs to fix this. Used to work reasonably well.
Like many others after the new update cant submit claim. "An error has occurred" is the static message. Still wont work!
Agree the only way around the error message is to follow the method provided by previous submitter to edit receipts.
So frustrated!!!!! Was working beautifully until the last update, now still won't accept my claims... Wtf? When will this be fixed?!

When I called PBC their technical support said to unistall the app and reload, it still doesn't work.

Updated app today but when I try to log in, I get a message that says app out of date, close and update. I've uninstalled twice and it won't work still. Please fix asap!

Won't let me log on and returns an error "Caresnet Mobile is out of date. Please check the app store for an update". I just updated the app! WTH? Useless.
Always have problem. Most time it told me my password is wrong even I am sure I was using right password. It did allow me logged in a few times. Now it says app is out of date. But no new version on app store.
I've had my online claim submission status suspended twice now because this app distorts the clear high resolution images of my receipt. Now it won't even open.
prompted to update app. updated it and still can't log in. Uninstalled and re installed ad get the same message to update app. get it fix please.
It keeps telling me its out of date. Did the update still didnt work. Removed app from phone and then reinstalled it. Same thing.

I was able to take a pic, fill out the form and submit my claim with ease. I like how my member ID shows when I open the app. Just one less item to carry. One review I read said they were not happy the app didn't stay logged in. Would you want your personal info avaliable for a criminal to view if ur phone were stolen?
