El Módulo de Representante proporciona toda la información de los tickets asignados y que no han sido solucionados, así también da la capacidad de agregar bitácoras y aplicar cierres a los tickets para su seguimiento, manteniéndote al tanto de tu operación en cualquier momento y al alcance de tu mano, consulta la información organizada por diferentes filtros y categorías.
