Dinosaur 4D+

Can't get app to install on tab 4 7in. Works great on my S8. All minimum requirements are met but keeps telling me I need more storage room. 2 gigs on internal and also SD should be more than enough. Are tablets not supported or something? I know it won't fit in the headset just wanted son to be able to use the cards without confiscating my phone.

Just wanted to leave this review due to all of the people whos VR & cards wont work. I just downloaded the app and open it and it told me to scan a card and it seemed to work fine. I wasn't even asked to put in the serial code on the other card to get it to work.. so maybe give it another try people and see if maybe you can turn those frowns upside down on them children. Downloaded the app and then went to open it and the screen is just black and does nothing. Deleted it and tried again and it just keeps going to a black screen. If anyone knows what to do to fix this can you let me know. This was one of my sons Christmas Presents and he is very upset about it not working.

Disappointed kid on Christmas. Can't register, making this purchase pointless. I hope that someone is working on this issue because it seems like not one person who has purchased this set for Christmas has been able to use it. False advertising?

Updated review I left a bad review before since I bought two of them and neither worked. My boys were very sad. We waited until later that day and try it again. It worked perfect! They love it and if they are happy I'm happy!

I'd love to give this zero stars! I should have known what I was getting into when I read all of the negative reviews prior to downloading this app. Now I have a very disappointed little boy on Christmas day. Complete junk! Buyer beware!!!

Couldnt register using the serial number provided paid thirty something for this and my child is dissappoined. As mentioned by some one here in the reviews I went into settings before opening the app and change the camera and storage to on in the settings/apps and it accepted the serial number. My child is happy.

This app and it's contents are complete garbage, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT! The "registration card" that it comes with that you NEED to use the app has an invalid code. What a complete piece of garbage.

UPDATED REVIEW: after restarting my phone, the app works now. I was able to register my cards and use the full system. Try restarting your device before returning the product! My boys will love this! Cannot register the cards...app and system are useless without registration. Very disappointed parents and sad children.

Yes I got Dinosaur 4D+ working by re-starting my phone to get my wifi connected and typed the serial number & got it registered to unlock the rest of the cards now it works as advertised. The dinosaurs, pterosaurs & plesiosaurs all look fantastically realistic when they pop out of the cards!

This was a bad Christmas present for my 8 year old. It will not let me REGISTER it says wrong number. DO NOT BUY THIS. Waste of time

For everyone having issues on Android, since support has not stopped in, I have found the fix. The app does not automatically ask for permissions on your phone. Before opening app, go under settings, Apps and Permissions, click on the app and give permission to camera and storage. If not, app will not start because trying to access camera on startup.

I Bought this. Had an upset child because it didnt take the serial number. I contacted the company through facebook. They worked with me. Gave me a different code to use. It still didnt work. They told me they were gonna try to fix it. A few hours passed and they messaged me back on Facebook and told me to try my code again. Low and behold all of my dinosaurs are unlocked! TRY YOUR CODES AGAIN!! ????

The app won't download at all!! Son was so excited and now super disappointed. I'm going to give it a few days and the try again.

Very disappointed. Can not register to phone, says serial number entered is incorrect when I put in exactly what was on the card. Can not use it. :(

Ordered the Goggles & cards for my son for Christmas we typed in the serial # from the card and it says the serial # won't work. JUNK don't spend your money with this company. I now have a sad son on Christmas.

What a RIPOFF!!!! My son got this for a Christmas gift..After going thru the process and realizing it wouldn't accept serial number..i read other reviews and realized what a complete let down to kids this is..and a ripoff to parents...he was SO excited to play with this gift..Dont sell a toy and promote an app that is going to only let down a child on Christmas day!!!

Horrible product. Serial number says it's incorrect. Typed in capital and lowercase letters. My 7 year old is super bummed. Definitely returning this.

So is something being done to fix the app after this horrible Christmas gift fail? I'm trying to be understanding and patient before we return it.

My son is desperate to play with his new toy and the instructions card don't even have a serial number to input... therefore the app doesn't work!

Christmas gift that really disappointed a little boy ☹️ First the app wouldn't accept serial number. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now just a black screen. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves for not fixing a known issue. Sounds like there is a lot of disappointed kids on Christmas.

If i could put no stars I would!!! Would not register serial number on CHRISTMAS my kid was so disappointed and upset. Don't waste the money or the time to even download

CHRISTMAS DAY. BLACK SCREEN. I am fuming. This is an issue that people were suffering with months ago why has it not been sorted! Cards are in shocking condition also. I'll be after a refund!

Christmas day. App will not accept the serial number from the card. I had to manually allow camera and storage permissions on Oreo. Without the serial number, I cannot use any of the advanced cards. Please submit to Amazon app store, so my child can use it on the Kindle fire.

Registration code doesn't work. So pointless. My son was so excited for this and not being able to make it work really made for a crappy Christmas experience

Junk as like everyone else bought for my 4 year old and serial number is apparently wrong junk worse thing ever if yall had a half star rating I'd give that because atleast it turned on

The idiotic developers require a registration number be entered... Which fails every time, thus making for a very disappointed child at Christmas and a very angry parent. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON CHRISTMAS!!!

This app is a complete fraud. I should have read these reviews before buying this because then i would have never purchased it. I am getting a refund and due my child feeling like Santa Claus played a mean trick on her i am going to see what legal actions i can take for their false advertising.

Thanks to Zachary Hale below. Apparently this app was not tested with Android 8. Added permissions to camera & storage via settings/apps and rebooted. Works on the newer phone now. And on this phone the 3D works with the headset as expected. Somebody's sloppy code is not checking error return codes. Upping to 3
